1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Credia ("the Service"), provided via app.crediaops.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Credia is a SaaS platform that enables you to create, manage, and share Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). The Service includes:

  • SOP creation via voice, AI, or manual editor
  • Organization into Knowledge Bases and categories
  • Team collaboration with roles and permissions
  • Video and media hosting
  • Automatic translation
  • Export and sharing capabilities

3. Registration and Account

  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
  • You are responsible for the security of your account and password
  • You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service
  • An account cannot be shared among multiple people. Each user must have their own account

4. Plans and Payments

  • The Service offers free and paid plans. Plan details are available in the Pricing section.
  • Payments are processed via Polar.sh. By accepting these terms, you also accept Polar.sh's Terms.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time; access remains active until the end of the paid period.
  • Prices are in USD. We reserve the right to modify prices with at least 30 days' notice.
  • No refunds for partial periods, except where required by law.

5. User Content

  • You retain all intellectual property rights to content you upload to the platform.
  • You grant us a limited license to host, display, and transmit your content for the purpose of providing the Service.
  • You are responsible for the content you upload. You must not upload illegal, offensive, or content that violates third-party rights.
  • We may remove content that violates these terms.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for illegal purposes
  • Attempt to access unauthorized data or features
  • Intentionally overload the Service infrastructure
  • Reverse engineer the software
  • Resell or sublicense access to the Service without authorization
  • Use unauthorized bots or automated scripts

7. Service Availability

  • We strive to keep the Service available, but do not guarantee 100% uptime.
  • We may perform scheduled or emergency maintenance that could cause temporary interruptions.
  • Service status is available at status.crediaops.com.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months.

9. Termination

  • You can delete your account at any time from settings.
  • Upon deletion, your data will be deleted within 30 days, except where legal retention obligations apply.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

10. Intellectual Property

The Service, including software, design, trademarks, and original content, is our property and is protected by intellectual property laws. No license or right is granted except as expressly stated in these terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service periodically. In case of material changes, we will notify you with at least 30 days' notice via email or platform notice. Continued use of the Service after notification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Italian law. For any dispute, the competent court is that of the consumer's domicile, if applicable, or the Court of Milan.
